Year 1 children investigate ice

In Year 1 this half term, we began to wonder about the film Frozen and how the setting was always made of ice and snow. We created some ice hands and discussed places where we could put them around school to see what would happen to them. We observed them throughout the day and were able to answer our question 'Where is the best place to keep ice so it does not melt?' We came to the conclusion that the freezer was the best places because the temperature is below freezing.
